My kids have 2 PSPs' - both version 2.80 - anybody willing to take the time & explain what I need to do to get them more games. Both have 1g memory cards

You have to downgrade to 1.50 and then you can upgrade to 3.53 M33 and then add the patch for 3.52 M33-4 and from there you can upgrade to 3.71 M33 and play ISOs. (Google to download everything).

And mentionned what to do:

Downgrade to 1.50 using 2.80 downgrader

Go from 1.50 any CFW.

I recommend 3.71 M33:

Go to 3.52 M33

Then go from 3.52 M33 to 3.52 M33-4

And from 3.52 M33-4, go to 3.71 M33

Yes, when you downgrade using the 2.80 and you are on 1.50, here's what to do:

Follow the guide to get from 1.50 to 3.52 M33-4 and from 3.52 M33-4 to the latest CFW 3.71 M33-3 HERE.
