i have a 3.02 oe-a psp and i need to get back to a official sony firmware. i cant just upgrade i get the dark alex error (DADADADA) and ive been trying to upgrade all day. can you guys help

Check what type of motherboard you have first. If you have a ta-082+ then you can only go up to 3.11 (without a pandora's batter). I'm not sure but you may be able to go above, but last time I checked, i never heard that you could. But anyways, you'll need to downgrade to 1.50 and then install it or you can update to 3.71 M33 and then update to 3.73 directly.

Dark_AleX firmwares give you this error everytime you try to upgrade it to an official firmware.
