Hiya guys need some advice

Just got a Sony 40w3000 and connected Dbox to it via a Profigold scart
but picture quality is terrible, compared to then TV's built in freeview
tuner. Just wondering what are the altenative connections, any sort of
adapter Scart to HDMI??

Any suggestions
