Hi, I am hoping that someone can help me out here. I am looking to be able to play backups on my benq drive using a modchip and i have only found that the nme 2.0 chip will work with a benq drive. i have read reviews on this saying that its pretty crappy. does anyone else out there know of any other chips that will work with a benq?
Or possibly have a positive opinion about the nme chip.

BenQ drives don't need mod chips. They can now be flashed. Do some searching through the forum to find the info you need.

thanks for the info, i had the same question and yes i did search but only found answers saying that benq can not be mod,.

what i want to know will the blaster 360 work with the benq?

i know you can flash the benq and then update the firmware, but im looking to be able to take it online, so im hoping for a modchip that will allow me to switch between the original firmware and the updated firmware
I dont think the blaster 360 works with the benq... at least from what ive read

You can use the ixtreme firmware flash to be able to play steathed games online. I guess the big issue now is making sure you're games are correctly stealthed so you don't get banned. I think the confirmation of this is still up in the air so I guess it's your call. Some of the logical arguements seem to support that the flashed drive uses your original key so that infers that a bad backup, or incorrect region backup might bring down M$'s wrath. Good luck either way with your choice!
