i moved around the 360 to another house played rainbow six for 5 mins then it froze (first time ever) i turn it off then on to c the 3 rings of death so i turn it off unplug everythg then lift the 360 and when i lifted it i could listen like if there is somethg loose on the inside so my question is could i be gettin the 3rod because of somethg loose non related to heat issues? or did somethg get loose which causes heat issues?

i live in dominican republic so sending it to m$ is out of the question

0102 unknown error - literally means the console does not know what is wrong. Possibly a short or cold solder joint somewhere

well the rrod is a hardware failure if u cant send it back to m$
try bring it back to the store u got it from

theres a store here that fixes it for 40 bucks but im gonna try to repair it myself

40 thats a good price to get it fixed
and as its a hardware failure u might not be able to fix it

fixed it myself with the eraser fix, only thing is now the fan sounds like a dry blower, i think its because the fan was dirty and now that its clean its running as fast as it can
