I was wondering if it was possible to Play Burnt Xbox games on Xbox 360?

Yes it is! You need to get the xtreme53 firmware for your Drive, and you have to make sure that you didn't edit the .xbe in any way!

Some questions to you:

(1) I have iXtreme 1.2 and the latest available through Xbins is iXtreme 1.3 -- now, am I confusing something, or xtreme53 is something different?

(2) How can I edit .xbe file if its in the ISO? Should I unpack it before burning?

(3) Also can I use DVD-R blanks instead of DL's?


It'd be nice if there were tutorials like these sticky ones to burn original games for 360...

Yes! Xtreme53 is a totally different firmware then the iXtreme Firmwares! All you need to do is download the Xtreme53 firmware from xbins, and read the instructions that come with it, on how to flash your drive with that one!

And yes, you can use just regular DVD's instead of DL ones for Xbox 1 Games!

Wow, thanks! I'll try and then leave my feedback here. One more thing, I heard that you can put more than one XBOX 1 game on a single DVD, is that true?

You could probably do some research on that! I'm not sure on that! I did however hear that with the xtreme53 firmware, you can put an Xbox 360 Game (if it's small enough) on a Single Layer DVD! But that's what I read, I haven't actually tried it!

Also, you probably won't be able to play the Xbox 1 Games on Xbox Live! They don't have any security for those games on the xtreme53 firmware! But as long as you have the Security Files for the 360 games, you should be fine!
