I have a 60gb PS3 and when I try to play some older titles from PS2 such as King of Fighters and Bombastic parts of the picture are stretched diagonally across the screen. I can't seem to find a correct setting to play them right.

Is it just due to the fact the system is not 100% backwards compatible??
Or is there a way to adjust??

It could be because of the Backwards Compatibility! I checked on Sony's Website, and it said they had no problems with either of the games! If you would like to look you can go here:

http://www.us.playstation.com/Support/CompatibleStatus

Just click on which system you have, and then type in the game!

I use this for my 80GB to see if certain games are compatible!

Though I mostly just play Shadow of The Colossus!
