Not sure how to burn itchycats download

I download tiger woods 08 for xbox 360 from itchycats and got a bunch of .rar files and a .nbz file. I am now unsure how to burn the game because i was told to burn a .dvd file. Anyone come across this? If so could you please let me know how to proceed?

download winRar, and double click on one of the .rar files in the download folder. that will open up a new tab with an iso file and the .dvd file. move these two files to a different folder, and then open image burn and select the .dvd file and burn.

no, the .dvd file takes care of that for you.

I was able to extract the file but when I bunt the document the Xbox would not read the disc. Could it possibly be the DL DVD's that I am using? Which ones do you reccomend?
