I just downloaded Dvd43 4.0.0.9 to use with Roxio creator plus. I got the error message: Can't connect. Dvd43 driver must be installed, up to date and active. I've already tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it several times. What do I do now?

First get rid of DVD43. To do this, right click on the icon in system tray and close the program. Now, uninstall. Go to my computer and search the HDD for DVD43, remove all traces of it. Go here and download DVDFAB HD DECRYPTER, http://www.dvdfab.com/free.htm
This is a much better decrypter. Try this, I think you will have better luck now. Let me know what happens.

ok. I just downloaded dvdfab. I'm trying to copy the dvd onto a 4.7 GB disc. I hate to sound stupid, but how do I do this? I tried to copy it by clicking Main Movie and copying the files onto my computer. Then I tried to copy those files unto the disc. They wouldn't fit... What am I doing wrong?

I'm not familiar with Roxie, never used it.

1. Rip your disc to the HDD using DVDFab HD Decrypter.
2. Compress to fit onto 4.7 gig disc with DVD Shrink.
3. Burn your movie to disc with Imgburn.

also get shot of roxio apps, uninstall then get the "roxioZAP tool" to clear registry as it conflicts with other software burning apps cd/dvd drives
Nothing here to see, move along folks.
