My desktop has too much lag to play .MKV blu-ray rips. I was wondering if linux on PS3 can handle high definition content or if it is limited due to restrictions on GPU and the cell processor. I have no problems with linux and I've done my reading but I really would like to hear a first hand account before I delete over 15GB of music, 10GB of video, and all of my PSN games.
