Nothing works ON Hellsing OVA DVD 2007 someone help please?

I have tried dvd shrink 3.2 which almost always works for me, DVDfab couldn't do it sly soft anydvd failed, DVD cloner made a unusable copy, and dvd decrypter was a bust, I've never had a problem like this before. PLEASE, does somebody know of a program that will copy it?
