What for? If he wants to get a custom firmware on that PSP he needs to get a FAT PSP with either CFW or 1.50... or a Pandora battery, otherwise he wont be able to do nothing from what this forums shows you can do.
PSP (+[__]%): 2.80 < 1.50 > 3.40OE-A > 3.71M33-4 > 3.80m33-5 > 3.90m33-3 > 4.01m33-2 + 8gb MSPD
PS3 HD 60GB: 1.33 > 1.90 > 2.01 > 2.17 - NO OS
Nintendo DS [+[__]%]: EZ Flash 5 Plus + 1GB MicroSD + EZFlash 3in1
Nintendo Wii: 3.2U + 1GB SD Card + WiiKey 1.9s

I've done all what it said to me with UPMS on my fat psp 3.71 m33-3.But I made a mistake, because i didn't backup my games and saves. After I did all it said to me, it said to me an error like that:Memory Stick can not be read. Format your MS.I formatted via computer, and then, I formatted logically via PSP , to create the necesary folders. And I started the psp. Then , my MS could be read.I have also some question for u:- If i formatted, its that then A Magic MS? -Do I have to introduce the MAGIC MS after the 1st Step in downgrade/unbricking slims ? -Another question:Is the FAT Battery compatible with Slims, cuz it says to me to introduce then the Pandora Battery?

Alright lets try going another route.
Go HERE and follow this guide to create the Magic Memory Stick that will install the Custom Firmware to the SLIM PSP.
Skip the below part if you already have your FAT Battery converted to a Pandora Battery. If you do have it converted then stick the Magic Memory Stick into the PSP SLIM. Then place the Pandora battery into the PSP SLIM (The FAT battery will work in the PSP SLIM). The Pandora screen should then come up.
If you don't have the FAT Battery converted to a Pandora battery then follow the below steps.
Keep the Magic Memory Stick in the FAT custom firmware PSP.
After you have created the Magic Memory Stick go HERE and download ospbt_0.4.zip file.
Extract the file and drag the ospbt folder to the Magic Memory Stick /PSP/GAME folder. Now start the OS Pandora Battery Tool application by going to Game Menu Memory Stick.
You will first get a warning screen just press X to continue.
Now go down to "Backup battery eeprom to ms0:/eeprom.bin"
After you have backed up the eeprom go to "Convert to service mode (aka: Pandora Battery)"
Now exit the application and turn off the PSP.
Stick the Magic Memory Stick into your SLIM PSP and then add the Pandora Battery to it. The menu should now come up letting you install 3.71 M33 to the PSP SLIM.
After you have installed the firmware to the slim do the below steps to recover your battery.
Plug your FAT PSP into the AC Adapter and turn it on (do not have the battery in the PSP). After it boots up place the Magic memory Stick into the FAT PSP and then place the Pandora Battery into it.
Go to Game Menu Memory Stick and run OS Pandora Battery Tool again. Press X at the warning screen. Now this time go down to "Flash only serial from mso:/eeprom.bin"
This will recover the battery to normal.
After it has done that exit the application and turn off the PSP. Now unplug the AC Adapter and take out the Battery. Now re-insert the battery and place the Battery cover back on. You are now finished.

Ok, but can I convert the FAT battery to a Pandora one, and the MS to a magic one via UPMS? Then, When I convert them, should I just introduce them in the Slim PSP and just boot the psp? It will come the downgrade menu?

Ok, So I just write the necesarry files to MS, then Convert my battery to a Pandora one,and then I introduce the MS and the Service battery, and I boot the Slim psp, or it will automatically boot appearing the downgrade menu? Is the fat pandora battery going to fit in the cover of the slim psp?

Are you serious?
Do you think I would tell you to do this if the FAT battery would not fit into the PSP SLIM. All you do is hold the FAT Battery in the SLIM PSP. No need to use the cover.
If you follow the linked guide above the menu should come up letting you choose to install 3.71 official or 3.71 M33 to the PSP SLIM. If it doesn't come up then you will have to do a blind install (Some users have to still do a blind install. I had to do a blind install on a SLIM last night).
Place the Magic memory Stick into the SLIM PSP. Then place the Pandora Battery into it. The green power LED should come on and the Memory Stick/WiFi lights should blink and the menu should then come up.
If the menu doesn't come up press X and the Memory Stick/WiFi lights should start blinking. This means the custom firmware is being installed. After the lights have stopped blinking the green power led should turn off. If it doesn't turn off and the Memory Stick/WiFi stop's blinking just press X to shut down the PSP.
After the power LED goes off take out the Pandora battery and replace it with your PSP SLIM and turn the PSP on. You should now have 3.71 M33-2 on your SLIM PSP.
Make sure you do this without the AC Adapter plugged into the PSP.
If you are lost using the guide above I linked to then you defently will be lost trying to use the UPMS installer. So do the steps above and you should be fine.

I followed a guide which allowed me to create a Magic MS using Totalnewbeasyinstaller and used a Datel Tool battery to get CFW on my Slim. The question is, do I use the same guide to get CFW on a fat or are there different processes involved?
Thanks in advance.
Btw, sorry for hijacking this thread. I'm hoping some of my input has relation to this thread.

I unbricked a fat psp yesterday, to 3.71 m33 with your guide. My question is, if I use the same guide at slims, it will install cfw 3.71 m33-2, or 3.71 m33?

If you followed my guide it installed 3.71 M33-2 to the PSP. The Universal Unbricker menu says 3.71 M33 on it but it actually installs 3.71 M33-2 custom firmware. So check the firmware version on your FAT. It should say 3.71 M33-2 on it. Go to System Settings then to System information and look under System Software.

Nope I don't give out my messenger names on here. Why do you need it anyway? As long as it says 3.71 M33 you have custom firmware on the PSP.
Go HERE and download the 3.71 M33-4 update. Extract the file and drag the UPDATE folder to the /PSP/GAME folder and run the update via Game Menu memory Stick. Your now at the latest M33 custom firmware.
As for the Pandora Battery and Magic Memory Stick works perfectly fine. So use it to install 3.71 M33 to the PSP SLIM. Doesn't really matter if it installs 3.71 M33 or 3.71 M33-2 just run the 3.71 M33-4 update and you will be updated to the newest M33 update.
