PAL to NTSC (VCD) too big

when i converted a PAl file to ntsc it went from 700MB to 2570MB!! Is there anyway to convert a Pal to a NTSC while keeping the size relatively the same?

OK...How are you converting PAL to NTSC?? and in what Format are you woring in?? and what is the end goal,VCD/SVCD/DVD/DivX ect????And what software are you useing??? Because there are ways of Converting PAL 25fps to NTSC 23.976fps/29.97fps without re-encodeing or doing any real converting at all...So leave some info and I"ll try to help you out....Cheers

i jus bought alot of games from china.. and i dont have a mod chip either. I wus wondering if you could tell me a method of playing these games without mod chip or magic disc .. like a swap method.. if not what should i get 4 the best solution>?

i was having problem with dvdlab it doesnt always reconvert the SVCD or VCD some do and some dont was thinking that maby some are in plal mabye that why they dont work please email me so i can get some help please or if you have chat line were we can chat live would help alot been having problem burning dvdr thanks
