I have a benq drive and I have VIA SATA PCI card. I tried reading and dumping the original fw using doflash1.4 and iprep.
It succssfully detected my drive and I see on dos screen bank0 ..ok, bank 1.. ok, etc. reading finish.... Afterward, it created the orig.bin
I did the above several times and dump multipe times with differnt names.

Before I start flashing, I wanted to check to make sure I have a good dump. I used keychecker, it says 'couldnt detect drive version'. I use 360toolbox v4.5, it says firmware version not supported. It seems that the dumped file is not good. I could not use any program to validate the original fw. Anyone has the same issue?

When I use iPrep, it says successful, and eveyrthing is ready for flash. Should I still go ahead and flash it?
