Did you install the Add-On 1.50-2 to your PSP?
Addon 1.50 normally is the one that causes this problem, the -2 is the one that supposly fixes it, you need to install first 1 and then the 2.
PSP (+[__]%): 2.80 < 1.50 > 3.40OE-A > 3.71M33-4 > 3.80m33-5 > 3.90m33-3 > 4.01m33-2 + 8gb MSPD
PS3 HD 60GB: 1.33 > 1.90 > 2.01 > 2.17 - NO OS
Nintendo DS [+[__]%]: EZ Flash 5 Plus + 1GB MicroSD + EZFlash 3in1
Nintendo Wii: 3.2U + 1GB SD Card + WiiKey 1.9s

You can install straight to 1.50 ADD ON-2 without installing the first 1.50 ADD ON.
My son's PSP had this issue and I just reinstalled the 3.71 M33 custom firmware and it fixed the issue.
You might also want to use Cilly Willys Key Cleaner to fix any keys that are missing or corrupt. Sometimes this can cause the issue as well.
You can get that HERE.

Some Homebrews aren't compatible with sleep mode. An example of a said homebrew is SNES9x (a snes emulator). So its probably your homebrew.

Try the key cleaner first. If that dosent fix the issue then re-install the 3.71 M33 firmware.

i fixed the key using the key cleaner.
but,the problem doesn't solve.
maybe Ganon007 is right that some Homebrews aren't compatible with sleep mode. for example is SNES9x . So its probably my homebrew becuase i dont have any sleep mode problem except when i play homebrew game and some other emulator..
btw,thanks guys..

Sometimes when you downgrade a PSP it can mess up the keys files and running the key cleaner can fix this issue. You should have no key problems with Official Firmware. But even if you tried running it on official Firmware it wouldn't work because the Key Cleaner isn't signed by Sony. So you would need custom firmware to use the application anyway.
