I decided to ask for help. I need to convert my VIDEO_TS into MPEG. Any help will be a bless..

i think you may be able to rename the ext to mpg

blar.vob to blar.mpg or .mpeg

what project are you attempting?

Hi Rotary,
I am trying to convert my dvd-rw videos into MPEG, MOV or AVI. I am working on a project using Windows Movie Maker.

My DVD has this folder Video_TS and inside of this one has many others files as the following:

VIDEO_TS.BUP
VIDEO_TS.IFO
VIDEO_TS.VOB
VTS_01_0.BUP
VTS_01_0.IFO
VTS_01_1.VOB
VTS_02_0.BUP
VTS_02_0.IFO
VTS_02_1.VOB

So how I can convert these files in one MOV without losing the sound.

those 2 are the video/audio files, i have heard people say you can rename the extension to mpeg... rest of the file are navigation type for dvd players, etc etc...

you may even load the .vob i shown you straight in your app?

VTS_01_1.mpg ----- or .mpeg
VTS_02_1.mpg ----- or .mpeg

then try load to your app.

There's also a program named, appropriately enough, VOB2MPG.
