Okay, after I couldn't get my wireless working I got really pissed off and reinstalled windows xp. Right now it's just finished. But, I forgot how I installed the drivers and got them working before. I don't know what order to install these drives >
-ms universal driver
-cone audio driver
-uaa driver
-hp quick launch buttons
-pci driver
-broadcom
-synaptics touch pad
-direct x
-realtek lan driver
-chipset driver (i have 2 installation files, can't remember what ones right. One is 9.75 meg and the other is 60.5 meg)
-graphics driver(6100go)
-wireless assistant
I don't know what order to install these, because I just tried to install the video card driver and gives me a message saying it's not recognized.I think last time I had to install the ms universal driver before anything, then the chipset drivers, then the rest. But I've forgotten.
And, when I get to the part of the video card, I remember I had to "force" install it. Can someone link me to a guide or tell me how to do this? Do I have to force any off the other drivers? This is a real pain in the ass..
