Hi there, im after stinky's PS2_BOOT_CD to play mp3's and divx movies but the links appear to be broken, can someone please post a new link. Sorry i've looked everywhere and cant find a working link.
There are newer methods now to play divx. Basically that was just a ulaunch disc with keylauncher on it, but the newer uLaunch can be configured with what you want also, and you could make your own.

Basically you would still need swap magic,or modchip to start the Boot cd, so you can just get uLaunch 4.12 like from my folder if you want(click my name to the left) , download it and burn it. Once you launch it you are able to browse mc, usb flash drive etc. The latest sms player I have on there is v1.91, but there is newer if you wanted to copy it to a usb flash drive,then to your mc.

thanks, this CD is great, you say you have sms 1.9 but i can see version 1.9 but also version 2.0 revision 3? or is that something else, would something happen if i was to delete both version and put in version 2.5 revision 1
Nope you can remake the ISO, putting in the newest SMS and then burn it using Nero by making a UDF/ISO
You would also have to edit the LAUNCHELF.CNF with notepad to change the configuration.
The SMS 1.9 I have on there works fine, but I couldnt get the Version 2 revision 3 to work. I have tested the latest Version thought and it works fine.
Nice one, yeah it works fine, i notice when configuring Launchelf, that you had down the launch directoryy down as ELFs, and i couldnt load the program, but i changed that to ELF_S as it appeared in the ISO. everything is working great, cheers
The Codebreaker 9.2 works fine for me if I launch it from my memor32 card, which is the memory card for PS2(explained in my blog in profile), but I have a problem when starting game with it. I never could get it too work from the ulaunch disk either.
My AR max evo ISO though in my folder works fine with Swap Magic.

Ok I see that mistake of mine, I had copied the Launchelf from somewhere else. Thanks for pointing that out.
As for the Codebreaker.elf, I maybe see why that isnt working either. The one I have tried and works is also from my rapidshare folder and and called 19 Cheattdevice ELF Files for PS2.rar , it has lots of codebreaker files in it. Ok I just tried the codebreaker 9.2 and it won't boot from the DVD, but it works from my memory card, strange.
Anyway the SMS 2.5 works great, I load it up fine, just switch for your Divx DVD, and then press Triangle and it reads the disc. To switch discs again, same thing just press Triangle.
I will have to update my uLaunch and reupload it again.
