I just flashed a sammy with ixtreme 1.3 and when I put a back up in and it says please insert in xbox 360 message. Do you know if after you flash the system locks up and you have to use 800iso to unlock so you can reflash?

You do have to "unlock" the drive to reflash it. Either by using the 0800 disc or if you have a VIA 6421 chipset, you can do the Bad Flash Recovery.
