buring wii iso problems

hello..
well i tried what others have posted on here but im having a problem buring my wii iso files.

i have a mac and a pc. and when i tried buring from both they seem to burn but my wii does not recgonize the disc.

on my p.c. i am using nero to burn but its not working when i try to burn image.

on my mac..i have a dvd r- burning. not sure on the name it came with my power mac.. the burning starts with an "m" mit something... sorry im not with my laptop at the moment so im not sure the brand name. but it came already with my powermac.

i have a sony burner with my pc.

i was wondering what im doing wrong or what i need to do. i go to burn image ..add the iso file and burn. but my wii does not read the disk.

This might sound stupid but have you even modded your Wii?

You need to use quality DVDs like Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden.

Yes I had my wii mod and it plays some games I bought from the guy that did it.

I did use the verbatim dvd r I already wasted about 4 blank disc and want to know what to do before I waste any more. Its so confusing and I bet its so simple.

I am having this problem with the wiikey boot 1.3.us.iso I have tried it on mac and PC and have been unsuccessful. With verbatum and fujifilm disks writen at 1x 2x and 4x speeds all say "unable to red disk". Why cant I boot this thing is there something I am missing? My mod chip is soldered perfectly in place.

Try downloading imgburn and use Verbaitum DVD-R at 2.4x works everytime for me but I have a Cyclowiz.
