I Have 3.40 firmware for my PSP and I need step by step on how To Do It Please Someone help me

pandora's battery/magic memory stick or lumines will do. pandora's battery is safer, but you need a custom firmware psp to make it the easy way.

So I Would Have to make the pandora stuff on a custom firmware psp then put the battery in the one i want to downgrade?

yes. the custom firmware psp is needed because if you don't have one, the you would need to hardmod the psp's battery to make it pandora's battery. if you're trying not to spend anymore money, don't hardmod; find someone with a custom firmware psp.

Or you could simply use the recovery files...to downgrade back to 1.50

in order to create a jigkick, you need a 1.5 psp version, so this guide will help you downgrade any version :P

You can also use a CFW psp or a PSP with homebrew capability like 1.50
