i upgraded my psp to CFW.....so here is the problem

1) My 2Gb MCPD dosent work properly
Symptoms....Reads only 1 game (MOTOGP)...whereas there is more than one game in the ISO folder

dosent read Images, Music Files, Videos

2) It reads my Friends 2GB MCPD very well

what could be the problem??
can any 1 help me out with this problrm
im running 3.52m33-4

in the xmb menu, highlight memory stick and press triangle. information will appear on the right side. press x, and the info screen will appear.

capacity: ...
space left: ...
magicgate: ...

if magicgate is unknown or blank, then you have a fake memory stick. magicgate supported is a genuine memory stick.

fake memory sticks are unpredictable at what they do.

Easy, do this, put your Memory stick go to Games and hit the triangle, then hit information over the Memory stick, if it says Supported that means the Memory Stick is an Original One... if it says Unsupported, your memory stick is a fake, after 3.50 the Fake Memory sticks stopped working on PSPs... so try it and post back.

Try your friends one too!

That's not true, I'm using 3.71m33-3 with two fakes bought off Ebay and they're running perfectly.

I'm on 3.52 M33 -4 and it works perfectly..
