Question: Using a psx game as an ISO?

Ok. I wanted to try an experiment to see if you can run a PSX eboot as an iso.
I originally thought that this might fix glitches or lags in the game, and I thought that it might be somewhat useful.

So here is what I planned to do:
-Convert my original PSX Iso to and eboot using any program
-Use another program to turn the created eboot into a psp compatible iso and include the keys.bin file.

I was planning to use PBP2ISO to convert the eboot created into a psp iso file. Whenever I try to convert it though, the appropriate files don't show and I am guessing that the program failed.

I wanted to know if there is a specific reason as to why this idea will definitely not work, or if you see something else I could try.

There has to be a way because to play PSX on Slim PSP, you need to convert it to an EBOOT.PBP. Now, I'm a newbie on this subject but I read once you can use PBP Unpacker.
