if i haven t gta, i cant downgrade my psp from 2.82 to 1.50????????
what i have to do??????

You need to upgrade to 3.03 first
then use GTA Hen to get 1.50

Yeah you will have to downgrade from 3.03. Download the 3.03 update here
Unzip/rar it and place it in your PSP/GAME/UPDATE/ folder of your memory stick.
You can get everything you need for the 3.03 downgrader here at the top of the page. Follow the instructions to downgrade your PSP. Good luck!
