My PSPs browser wont open

When I am trying to open the PSPs internet browser the loading circle thing at the bottom right loads for 3 - 4 seconds then dissapears.. The browser doesnt even show up and there is no error message.
I restored default settings but it didnt do anything

Can anybody help?

u are missing the brower plugin thingy. Re install the firmware, or upgrade if u dont have the latest firmware
