i want to know how the file that says 1408.mp4 but it says its a torrent file how tdo i put on psp

LOL. have you actually put it into something like uTorrent?

if so, then just put it into the VIDEO folder in the root of your memory stick

You open the torrent file with a program such as utorrent. Then the file is downloaded to your pc. The finished product will be the 1408 movie. Then you just check the file to ensure the quality is to your liking and place it in the video folder in your psp.
