Hi Guys
I want to buy a 2nd hand PS2 & know that some models have problems .
I have tried searching past threads , but cant find any links .
I need a PAL version as in Aust.

Well version 9&10 need a laser save mod to be done if your putting a mod chip in the unit. Once done, you will have no problems. Laser save mod is free.

V12 ps2s have the same problems accept the fix is called Neo Fix and is about 10 bucks. It is a separate chip from the mod chip.

Thanks for your reply , but I have seen a thread that lists all problem models but I can not find the correct search title to find it .
