So.. if I have wiikey, and not the latest firmware.. should I update or not?

I remember the wiikey advertising that it is unrecognizable.. so the update won't lock my system up right?

That's just a warning to modchip users basically saying that if you update your firmware with the update that comes from a different region game and it bricks your Wii, then it is not Nintendo's fault.

So it is safe to update your Wii....for now.
