I hve a psp slim and lite tht i bought a month ago. the shopkeeper here in india gave me 2 games sims 2 and NFS carbon included with the 2GB memory stick. I have a firmware 3.60 m33. I tried to put many games in the "ISO" folder but none of them worked instead of streetriders. They would either not show up in the memory stick or load and then a black screen would appear n nthing wud happen. Then i read somewhere n i put the "%__SCE__DEVHOOK" and "__SCE__DEVHOOK" files in the psp/game 360 folder(they were 2 more folders-game & game 150). Some games lyk NBA & NFL started working but still most of the games didn't work. I tried formatting d memory stick but still they didnt work.
Also some all games who didnt hve this file %_SCE_DEVHOK or watever didnt work. I have many game which only hve a ISO file n a image.

no not working dude....does d psp 3.60 m33 uses devhook....also i hve a SOny demo UMD tht was provided wid the psp

No the Devhook is not needed. Is there a ISO file in the Devhook game folder? If so drag that to the ISO folder. If it's an older EBOOT file type of game then you will need to get the ISO instead.

You should also update your 3.60 M33 to 3.71 M33-3.

Go HERE and follow the guide to update to 3.71 M33-2 custom firmware. Since you are on 3.60 M33 this guide will work (skip the 1.50 ADD ON-2 part since you can't install it on a SLIM PSP).

After you update to 3.71 M33-2 go HERE and download the 3.71 M33-3 update. Extract the download and drag the UPDATE folder to the /PSP/GAME folder then run the update via Game Menu Memory Stick (this only takes a few seconds)

You are now at 3.71 M33-3. Format your memory Stick so new folder directories can be created (Make sure you backup any information you want before formating).

There r 3 folders of d game which im trying to run-
dh-has the folders 150 150f 200 250 kd
ISO- this has the iso file psy-god.iso
PSP- this has the following folders "game" which has "%__SCE__DEVHOOK"
& " __SCE__DEVHOOK" folders.
%__SCE__DEVHOOK has 2 files eboot.pbp & param.sfo
__SCE__DEVHOOK has 1 lile eboot.pbp (this eboot file is bigger than d one in %__SCE__DEVHOOK folder)

Now can u tell me which file to copy and in which folder...

Copy the...

ISO- this has the iso file psy-god.iso

Into your ms0:/ISO folder

Then delete all the other folder/files because they are not needed.

As I stated above if the game your trying to play has an ISO with it then just drag the ISO to the ms0:/ISO folder and it will run in game Menu memory Stick.

noo it doesnt the game appears in d memory card and just hangs....i mean i can see the "loading..." but nthing happens
