DO NOT ENTER any code.
You MUST enter the whole code.
What did you enter?
You must use the * key because the other keys will not give yoy P,W.
P,W + #
When you press the * key, the "on screen" letter will change as you go.
Practice just the P, W, + but do not enter # after. Clear it!!or turn off.
Press the * (star) key fast and watch the screen.
Copy the code in large print.
Press the # key.
then press the "star" key (*) quickly to get the P and W and +
Press * 3 times quickly for (p) \

okay so i must try and complete this very fast i did start wit the # key entered everything u said i dont no if i stayed to long or because i was passin the letters and goin back to them as in pressin the * key to fast so am a try again am soo greatful for ur patience

I said not to enter any code.
The code I gave you is correct.
That said, I used the "Official" C&W code.
I do not think this will work.
There is something I would like to try.
First I should tell you that I could give you a code using the Official C&W Network code or a unofficial code I saw somewhere.
Hell, I'll give you both and you can have a rum and flip a coin.
After this, you will have to take it to a local phone shop that has the hardware equipment to do it.
Official Code:

Have two rums and try this!!!!
