Hi there iv just purchased a (us) psp off ebay and they have told me it would be easy to unlock so my son can play uk games on it is this told if so how can i get this done????????

First of all, what's your firmware version? Go to Settings > System Settings > System Information to check it.

you should of looked for one that said "Custom firmware PSP" would of saved you ALOT of time

see this guide to downgrade to 1.5 ( this downgrader it will give you an error message at 99% but it's normal dont panic)

then you will need a custom firmware to play isos from the memory stick

but you cant go straight from 1.5 to 3.71m33 ,first you need 3.52m33, then install update 4 and you will have 3.52m33-4 only then you can install 3.71m33

"Once your at 3.52 M33-3 or M33-4 follow the guide below... "
