Need help with I/O error in DVD Decrypter.

I get the following I/O message after trying to "back up" a movie.

I/O Error!

Device [0:0:0] PIONEER DVD RW DVR-109 1.57 (F:)(ATA)

ScsiStatus 0x02
Interpretation: Check Condition

CDB: 28 00 00 07 C0 32 00 00 01 00
Interpretation: Read (10) - Sector: 507954

Sense Area: F0 00 03 00 07 C0 32 OE 00 00 00 00 11 05 00 00 00 00 66 0B 00 00
Interpretation: L -EC Uncorrectable Error

Please help, i took the time to write all that so it would help you help me. lol

PS. It has never done that before and the last thing i did before it was "Back Up" a PS2 game. The funny thing is that i can do it on my mum's computer and its older than mine.

hmmm, if doing the whole same process on your moms pc works ok (with the same dvdr's from same batch) thats wierd as you say it did work on your pc?

is your dma stilled enabled?

you tried imgburn? same maker as DVD-D for burning (it doesnt rip anymore)

I use dvd shrink and nero and they have never let me down.

Also, what is DMA?

if you get errors your drive settings can go from dma to pio, which isnt good for burning...

go to device manager and check your drives, in ide controllers...

Update your burner's firmware, the latest is 1.58, you can get it here, it should help:

Just run the .exe file to update.
