DVD playback too fast

I'm trying to copy a DVD that has CSS protection. It copies fine and works on computers. When I put it in a DVD player with a TV the menus are ok but once I start the movie it plays at about 32x speed and finishes the movie in a very short time. I burned it with imgburn. Any suggestions?

NO, it's not a problem with the remote. It's just something about how the DVD was burned, and I don't know how to change it.

Check to see if the wrong frame rate is being coded to the video.

Drag VTS_01_1.VOB on to GSpot and try to see what the fps is.
This is NTSC, I think PAL is 25fps?
