where can i find the recovery menu and how do i enable the popsloader thts all i want.

Follow the guide it tells you how to access the recovery menu.

The reason I created the guide is so I wouldn't have to repeat myself 50 million times.

Go to the guide and follow the directions. if you can't follow the directions on the guide to get into recovery mode then maybe you should just install official firmware to the PSP and not attempt to do any modification to it at all.
