If your 360 doesn't have HDMI then I would go with VGA, if not that component cables (red/blue/green video and red/white audio) will work. Your only runny 720P and not 1080i or 1080P so either one should work just fine.
yes, that will work. I went with the VGA cable myself, it let me have more open component cables on my TV for other things. I have a ton of crap hooked up to my TV and need all the space i can get.
Xbox, PS2, Xbox360, two DVD player, a satalite box, a receiver, two surround sound systems and a component cable switcher box. Talk about your wiring nightmare when something stops working, LOL
