You need to update your firmware to a newer custom one. 3.03 OE firmwares are quite old, I would recommend updating to 3.52 M33 then if you want update to 3.71 M33.

Here is an easy installer for 3.52 M33 http://files.filefront.com/PSP+Heaven+35...;/fileinfo.html

All you have to do is extract this, run it, let it copy all the files on to your PSP then run the update.

Note: You need 3.52 M33-3 or 3.52 M33-4 or 3.60 M33 (Slim PSP) in order to update to 3.71 M33.
