xbox live arcade games unavailable off line

my first 360 overheated and died (RRoD) so i sent it off and got a new one. now, after placing my hdd into the new system NONE of my purchased items show up. this includes gamer pics, themes, and arcade games. The arcade games do show up but they are the trial only. how do i fix this?

Log on to LIVE. Then you can play your full game. Anything you download is locked to the original console it was downloaded to.
