Iprep firmware dump problem

Ok my mates just tried to flash an ms25 drive

He used Iprep and ntfs dos cd...

When he tried to dump the firmware he had a problem...I'm not entirely

sure what it was as I wasn't there..

He tried again and this time it said that the firmware has already been dumped...

He's just sent me the original firmware bin and it's only 1kb and not 256kb..

And there is no drive key file in the folder...

His computer now cannot find the MS25 when he tries to dump is dos...

Anyone have any ideas whats gone wrong before I have a look tomorrow...
