No, this is not possible unless you only want to play the DVD on your PC. If you burn 2 ISOs on 1 DVD they will be burned as data meaning only a PC will be able to read the disc.

The disc will contain file1.ISO & file2.ISO. You would have to then mount the ISO with something like Daemon Tools or MagicDisc in order to play them, or extract the ISO with something like ISOBuster.

The way to put 2 movies on 1 DVD is to use a software like DVD Remake Pro which is not free, but easy to use, or use PGCEdit which is free but you would require a Disc/Movie Selection menu.

If there are enough requests, I would be willing to create a step by step guide and also include a Menu for selecting which movie you want to play.

Each ISO contains the complete files (and the relevant menu) for one movie.
They are contained in the VIDEO_TS folder and only one of these folders may be written to the disk.

Although multiple titles can be authored to disk, a new menu would have to be constructed to accommodate them.
The VOB files would have to be loaded into the likes of Nero Vision or ConvertXtoDVD to do it.
Also, the freeware program 'DVD Styler' can be used to construct menus for multiple titles.

@JaguarGod
Put me down for a guide for PGCEdit.

Ok, I guess I will create a guide for PGCEdit. Give me a while though because I am very busy with work and such. Hopefully it will be completed by Christmas :)

For now, I will show how to make a simple 2 movie on 1 disc DVD. Eventually, I will create an Advanced version of the guide that will include merging complete DVDs with extras and such. Oh, and the guide will work for as many movies as you want to merge, but you do not want to merge too many because you will then lose quality. Merging discs is good when you have two movies that will require little to no compression in order to fit on 1 disc.
