Just a quicky lol

My taiyo Yuden printables are not working well with Smg.

i have some verbatim dual layers dvd+r would they work on the wii?

Also what speed do you guys burn Smg at with success.

Dude this really needs to be posted in the SMG stickey thats what it there for, Check it.

Don't think Duel layer disk are much use with a Wii.

I think they can be used with some mod chips, but I'd personally try using different burning software, different speeds, and different single layer medium, such as verbatim DVD-R x16 which have work brilliantly for me, and a different .iso re-dump it or download it. But you can try it if you like and tell us if it worked (someones always got to be the first to try something)

Okay tried it, omg so amazing, finally i dont have to eject and reinsert the discs, so if any one has a dual layer lying around it works with the wiikey, do not buy taiyo yuden they will work one minute then the next min nothing. Verbatims all the way.

due to the cost of dual layer discs - mine can stay hanging around until i need to burn a file larger than 4.7gb

it was probably a duff burn or disc and dual layer discs are just an extravagence when std dvd will suffice
