When i connect my PSP to the computer the memory card shows only 2 files MEMSTICK.IND and MSTK_PRO.IND but not any other folders does any body know what the solution could be for that ? and this is the first time it does that.

You need to format your memory stick... theres an option on your psp in the settings area.

My firmware is 3.52 M33-4 will i be able to play downloaded games ? sorry if this is offtopic.

Yes, place PSP ISO's in the ISO folder which will be in the root of the memory stick after you format.
