Just to inform the moderators, that this company was not advertising on your forums, he was asked here by a number of members to quantify what he was selling.

Whilst I appreciate you do not condone the selling of Modded Wii's although the forums about backing up Wii games is fine ? This was in no way a free advertisement for NDS, merely a back up for people that had already ordered from him. All the orders you saw were people that had already ordered and wanted to make sure they got their consoles before Xmas.

Now we have no idea when these things will be arriving.

Great to see that you can tell people how to copy a game here, but you cannot get advice on a modded console.

Thats just real sense.

You know what's is NOT real sense? Slamming on a website because it's members decide to break the rules that they agreed to before gaining membership.

AD is trying to keep their noses clean! They have to draw the line somewhere and if it were my site it would be at the point where the federal government can step in and shut you down! Grow a brain and then indoctrinate it with some common sense before you open your trap next time!

Your information is slighted and incorrect, whether or not he was invited here that is a non issue when he began using aD for FREE advertisement WITHOUT permission or respect about liability to us. It is not your concern what is or what isn't allowed on aD just that the rules are followed. Simple. If you have no idea on when things will be arriving that is an issue between YOU and THEM not aD. Any further posts in reference to this situation will be removed promptly and the main thread in question also. As a courtesy I left it visible for the people who also violated forum rules by making purchases via the forums do not push the line any further than it already has been.
