I decided to post this thread for all those that have problems using Xlink Kai

In order to play in Xlink Kai with the following topology:

internet <- router -----wireless----- PC -------wireless---- PSP

The things are tricky.

First and foremost setup your IP of the adapter that will connect with PSP as static, ad hoc connection with ch1

second read this thread which says exactly how to configure your Xlink Kai setup

Assuming that everything work in normal THE TRICKIEST THING IS THE STEPS YOU FOLLOW NOW:

1. OPEN PSP LOAD GAME AND HOST GAME (OR JOIN)
2. MAKE SURE YOU SEE THAT THE ADHOC NETWORK IS CONNECTED WITH YOUR PC (you can check that in your wireless network)
3. NOW AND ONLY NOW OPEN KAI !!!!

In every other case your internet connection will drop or will not see your psp in the configuration of Xlink KAI (tip: I passed a lot of time before I think that I had to press the group icon inside configuration to see the psp!!!)

for verification you will see kai bonding with the ip you input for the wireless card connected with psp.
