I have 3.71 m33 4 and I just disregarded the popstation folder that came with the update. I didn't really know what it was and I still don't fully, but I understand it's a PSX emu. Where can I download and install the newest version and get a guide to set it up properly?

If you have the iso file of your psx game, then you don't need a converter. You can simply paste them in the GAME folder since you have 3.71 M33.
