Just installed a d2ckey in my wii. I don't recommend this to anyone without very good soldering skills. Anyways thought i did a good job but now the wii won't suck any disks into the drive. Powers on and works fine other wise. When u try and put disk in blue light blinks once then red light comes on and fades off. There is no sound coming from the drive like it is trying to suck in the disk. Plz help.

make sure the two wires that plug into the drive are in properly, I had the same problem and thats what it was

Standard procedure and very standard issue .

Seems like everyone bricks their drives atleast once on a d2ckey install.

Check for shorts, triple check the numbered points as well as the C X Y and Z points, and make sure your fuses arn't blown.

Clean up bridges and excess flux.

Should be good to go.
