i think i got banned off xbox live yesterday because i downloaded that new update and played Halo 3 (Backup) but i didnt play in any matches. So when i test the connection it fails on Xbox Live and when i chech more info It says you have been Banned from Xbox Live due to Violations to Terms of Use. Does this mean i can never go back on xbox live again, im really disapointed because i just bought an 12 month xbox live subscription.

yes you got banned and no you cant ever get back on unless you get a new box.just be glad microsoft dosnt do anything more than just ban you from xbl.
