I downloaded the Super Smash Brawl Demo. You can get it from isohunt or mininova. But the problem is that you need a password. This is what the guy had to say about the password. (size was 4.11GB)
@wiichess
If it sounds to good to be true it probably is.
Also no posting of these type of scams here so post edited and that part removed.
If you do follow thru (which I hope you don't fall for this scam) and really do get a password you might just find that the password and/or file is bogus.
wow every time I think people can't be any more dimwitted I am surprised.
Let me fill everyone in. A torrent was released claiming to be a .iso for the Super Smash Bros demo. However, the file was in a password protected .rar and you had to do several offers in favor of the releaser to get this password.
The guy who released this "DEMO" ADMITTED HIMSELF that the only reason you have to go through these "steps" to get the password is so he can get a free xbox 360.
A few SECONDS of thinking would prove beyond a doubt that this is a scam.
1. Someone with access to such a demo must be a high-level employee for a big gaming company, so what on earth does he need free xbox360s for? Even if he stole it, I am SURE there will be high bidders for such an item, this is the WORST way to reach his goal
2. There is no guarantee whatsoever that this guy will even reply to you once you filled out offers on his referral code
3. The guy even had the ball$ to come back later with a new text file and give some new "offers" that you had to fill so you would get the password.
4. There is NO proof that he even has the demo. No video caps, no screen shots, no disc shots.
Someguy on those gf forums said he actually did do all the offers but still never got a password.
CLEARLY this is a fraud, 100% scam, no doubt about it. Leave it be folks.
