Hi just turned my 360 on and it looks like ive been kiked off live. I know that if i buy a new consol i will be able to get back on live. If i update to the latest flash on this or a new consol, will i be able to get back on live?

no because they ban the console itself. you will have to buy a new one if you want back on live.

ok so i will buy a new one. But because i have already been kicked off live if i get the new one flashed will it work onlive or will they be on to me?

lets put it this way the only way not to get banned again is to not flash or not go online with a flashed xbox.but you want to so you have a high chance of being banned again.
