Few Questions About iXtreme Compatible in xDVDMulleter

Hi guys. I have got myself a game Kane & Lynch but when I check in XDVDMulleter I get the followed

Checked:
Video Partition Present
Video Data Present
Security Sector Present
PFI Present
DMI Present

Unchecked:
Random Padding
iXtreme Compatible

It is my belief that as it is not iXtreme Compatible it wont work when I burn it to DVD? I have finally got one game working by buying a new DVD Writer.
