I have a question. I have did a search and found multiple items on how to change my hard drive but nothing on how to transfer the memory from one hard drive to another. I do not want to lose all my saved games and music and pictures. How do I do this or could someone please guide me in the right direction on a search? Is there a guide on how to do this step by step. I only have desktop computers no laptops. Thanks in advance

no usb stick just sd cards. nothing big just 1gig. My music I am not really worried about but my game saves I am

Your SD cards would be fine mate, as long as they have enough memory, then your set.
Just copy over.
